            M/I contracted Sun State Landscaping LLC, *********************************************************** to install irrigation system into a new build home. The underground pipes started leaking on the North side of the house, and Sun State came out to fix the problem. The pipes started leaking again in the same spot, and M/I home and Sun State said they are no longer responsible for the issue, since it started leaking again 1 month after the year warranty on the home. No pipe on an irrigation system should leak twice in the one year in the same spot, unless it is poor workmanship.
