My suggestion to you is stay away from Avitar Painting LLC. of Wimauma, FL

I'd like to provide a breakdown of events for those that read the reviews.
Regarding workmanship: We visited the ******'s in early November to paint several interior components of their home. This job concluded several days later. When we finish a job we encourage our customers to inspect our work and point out any areas that they are not satisfied with which will allow our team to make corrections. This process was followed with the ******'s the day the job concluded, no issues were highlighted and they paid for the job. A few days later, Mrs. ****** called regarding the exterior of her front door not being painted. We explained that this was not included in the original quote (which is supplied to all customers and digitally signed by the customer upon approval). Nonetheless, we agreed to come back and paint the exterior of the door free of charge, the ******'s covered the cost of materials. Two months after the job is completed, Mr. ****** leaves a negative review on NextDoor. Our team contacted Mr. ****** and explained our 1 year service guarantee which encourages customers to contact us regarding any issues they find and we will come back and make corrections free of charge. Mr. ****** declined this offer.
Regarding our clean up process: Our team always cleans equipment outside of the home. This is by design in order to avoid any mess inside the home, even if the job is an interior job. We do our best to spray down any paint residue following clean up. In the ******'s case, we did leave some paint residue on the yard which was pointed out when we returned to paint the door and our team apologized.
Avitar Painting stands by our work. We never want to leave a customer dissatisfied and we go out of our way to make things right when there is an issue. Unfortunately, in this case, no matter our attempts we could not leave the ******'s satisfied.

Bob D**** the owner of Avitar Painting LLC never walked through our home and inspected the job with us when they were done. Obviously he never walked through himself and inspected the job either.
We asked Bob to paint all our doors after they began the job. we advised him we would pay him extra. After the job was done we realized the doors had not been painted and asked Bob to return and finish what he said he would do. We advised Bob D**** when he returned that we were not satisfied with the job. Bob and his crew member returned and spent about 10 minutes painting the outside of our front door. he then packed up and left.
The owner of Avitar Painting LLC has made the point that because he received a poor review from me two months after the job that this somehow invalidates our claim of poor workmanship by his company. What Bob didn't know is that we have had 2 deaths in our family during that time that shifted our priorities away from his poor paint job and clean up to other more pressing issues.
As I pointed out to the owner of Avitar Painting, I feel it is his job to supervise the trainee he used in painting our home not mine. It is also his responsibility to go behind his employee and check his work before accepting payment and moving on to the next job.
I was never informed about a 1yr warranty for service satisfaction by Avitar Painting, either before the job or after. When a company representative Matt B**** called me after I posted a negative review of Avitar Painting LLC on social media. I was advised during the phone call about the guarantee. At this point we had already corrected most of the outlined problems, we did not need them to correct what we had already corrected. To say that we declined to have Avitar fix their mistakes is a gross mischaracterization. Matt B**** at this point offered me a gift card I assume to keep me from pursuing my complaint.
Apparently Avitar Painting LLC owners and staff are still unwilling to accept any responsibility for a poor job and instead continue to try to shift the the blame to someone else. Let the Buyer beware.
