Hi *******************,
We are sorry that you were not happy with your experience. Paying your deductible is required by law, and we discuss this with every customer before proceeding with a claim. The $900 you spoke to, was not for "uncovered expenses", but your deductible. We never promise to cover anyone's deductible as this is the homeowners responsibility with insurance covering the rest of the costs associated with the repairs. I am sorry that you were not happy with the service, I have personally reached out in an effort to speak with you but have not received a call back.
