              We booked an event at Sage Woodfire Tavern. The following day, I sent the following message:I wanted to thank you and your team for such an amazing experience at Sage this weekend. Our family really enjoyed everything and our server Lucky was exceptional. As your time permits, can you revisit the charges? We were charged for 23 adults at $62.50 each and then an additional 6 children at $12.95. We had a total of 23 people - 17 adults and 6 children.I followed up several times with receipts, videos detailing the headcout and requesting a refund of $ $393.00 representing us being overcharged by 6 adults or total dollar amount of $393.00 To date, I have not received resolution

              My friends and I go out every Wednesday for dinner. This Wednesday we picked **** because the menu look phenomenal. It also said they were open until 11pm. So upon arrival (at 8:45pm) the host was good and we went to self seating in the bar area. We waited at least ***** minutes for our server to come and put our order in. He seemed a little overwhelmed but he still was professional and kind to us. I work in service so I could see the shortage of staff. Anywho, we put our drinks and appetizers in. Then he came back for our entrees. We order the steak meal, scallop meal, and a salad. She added steak and a lobster tail.Do you know after about 40 minutes after we put in our entrees, the server came to me and said "he's sorry but the kitchen packed up and shut the kitchen down". I said "well we've been here and we been put our meal in" Mind you we all work in a restaurant so none of us were comprehending what was going on. I asked for the manager who came over in cardigan with no **** shirt under and a hairy chest. He said it was a miscommunication. He didn't offer any type of accommodations or compensation. I have never experienced anything like that. You don't waste people's time and money like that. We literally had to get up and go find food elsewhere 10pm at night!
