I filed a dispute with the 3 credit bureau's regarding NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION Credit Card Account #************ for $20,000 on my report. I just received the update from Equifax stating they have verified the account and it belongs to me. It's obvious they are not efficient, professional or doing a good job because this account doesn't belong to me and I don't know what else to do to resolve this problem which is affecting my credit big time. So many people have my name, I have never been in the Navy and know no one in the Navy. A payment was made on this account in 7/21 for $270 who made that payment because it wasn't me. The Navy Federal Credit Union and The 3 credit union need to do a better job resolving disputed matters from individuals because if I say it wasn't me they should do a much more thorough investigation. My company (******* ******* LLC) Equifax Business Credit Report has a tradeline reporting at $459.00 late which is not our payment experience. Equifax does not provide a method on their respective website to have this purported late tradeline deleted since it is not our payment experience. We have no idea what this payment experience is for and we always pay our invoices and all other bills on time as Equifax can see from the other 5 tradelines on our report which are always on time. This error is severely impacting our Business Credit Scores.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
An email from the Data Furnisher's supervisor is attached explicitly stating that they are removing the late tradeline from our Business Credit File

******* ******* LLC business credit report with Equifax Commercial Solutions EFX ID is *********.

Once the tradeline is deleted from my company's credit report and are scores are recalculated to reflect only accurate information on our report, I will be satisfied with the resolution of this complaint.

      Complaint: 16283533

I am rejecting this response because:
The furnisher of the data to our business credit file (CEO CREATIVE, acting through a third party to furnish data to Equifax Business) under ******* ******* LLC, EFX ID: ********* has sent us the attached emails explicitly stating that the invoices for the past due balance were cancelled and therefore, no invoice(s) were/was ever due to this merchant to make a late payment on. This tradeline is the only tradeline on our business credit file that is late as we always pay all of our bills and invoices within terms. This situation has directly caused Amazon to deny us a corporate account as our scores with Equifax Business would be much higher if this inaccurate information was not on our report.

Please ensure that the tradeline reporting as late for $459.00 is deleted from our business credit file and our scores are recalculated to reflect accurate information regarding our corporate creditworthiness.

      Happy Holidays,

I have sent multiple certified mail letters asking for validation and the method of how they validated multiple and questionable items on my credit report and have not received back anything in over 35 days for these accounts that are clearly inaccurate. This creditor is disregarding the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused big stress on my life. The most recent certified letter I sent was 10/01/2021. I DEMAND that all the items are deleted and if action is not taken I will *** in small claims court in my city and the company will have to come and represent themselves.
