Hello, hope you are all doing well! My order came in a shipment of 3 packages, 2/3 were handled correctly and were delivered to my residencethe last package however, without any further notice is now being shipped back to the sender because of reported damage. My problem with this, is that I needed these items before I went on vacation on the 30th! everything was supposed to be here on the *****! This was an order from fashion nova, and they did their part, so I will not be making a complaint on their behalf because YOU guys damaged my items! There is only ONE way to fix this, and that is to replace and reship my items with the proper U.P.S. Service to get my things here before the 30th (10/30/2024) weather that be same day shipping or 1-5 day shipping; I dont mind, as long as my package is here by the 30th. **Unless that happens this ticket remains UNRESOLVED** I dont have time to wait for my package to go alllllllll the way back over to ********** by the 30th to be reshipped I NEED MY ITEMS HERE BY THEN! **I will be attaching images of ALL my missing items with their corresponding sizes, colors, and prices (3 items).** Also, I dont appreciate being rushed over the phone when YOU guys are in the wrong and nobody I spoke to had answers for ANY of the questions I had so whats the point in customer ********************** if they dont know how to serve the customer? Sorry if this complaint seems a bit hostile, but please understand my frustration! I dont mind this inconvenience if my things can be here by the 30th!!
