              Hello my family and I stayed at EVEN ********************* south from 9-27 to 9-28. My wife and I have 2 young daughters. During our stay we came across several inappropriate things. There were only 2 sets of towels available for four people, the shampoo and shower gel were empty, and there were used condoms and wrappers throughout the room! I did call down to try to get a room change but no one answered. We got in late for a baseball game the next day. So we just slept it off at checkout I told the receptionist quietly what happened since I didn't want our children to hear nor the other 2 families in the lobby. She told me that was highly unlikely that would happened..calling me a liar. I asked for a receipt and to speak to the boss. She told me she could not print me a receipt and the boss was unavailable but I could wait for them??? We had plans to be at the baseball game early so we could not wait for the boss to become unbusy and fix this poor experience. I talked to a *** agent and they gave me some points that haven't hit my account yet and they would forward my refund request to upper mgmt. Now I did receive a call from a new york number on Oct 3rd but no voicemail was left. I was at work so who knows if it was legitimate or a spam caller. I have photos and video of my issues. I work mon to fri and some sat in a warehouse, email would be ideal communicaton. I am just looking for a refund for this poor 1 night experience. Thank you kindly. Case number ***********.               Dont bother being a rewards member. They advertise no blackout dates on reward nights for members, however we have not been able to use our points in the last 2 years regardless of how far in advance we try and book a reservation!!! The reason we are given is that rewards nights are all booked up even though plenty of rooms are still available. That is in fact a blackout but because they term it something else they get away with it. Consumers have no rights or protection anymore. Were done being a member. There is ZERO benefit because they lie about the benefits of being a member.
