              I ordered new high speed internet with Earth Link, 1 day before installation was scheduled I received a phone call informing me their was no box on the building so their was no way for them to install service, I said that's fine lets just cancel the install, the tec said ok and that was that, So I thought!! Next day I received an email telling me my install was complete and welcome to Earth Link, then hours later a charge for $184.95 was taken out of my account, I was in shock, how a charge come out of my account when nothing was installed, So I played by the rules and called the company (Earth Link) was transferred 4 times and on hold for over an hour, when a young lady finally took care of me she said the charge was in pending statis and that it would have to wait tell today, she promised me a call by 9am Central time to issue the refund, nothing, so I started all over again transferred 4 times again, still no refund.

              *************. For instance, was knowingly undersold amount of data Id need, resulting in me having to start a new account and get new modem within days. Bought unlimited plan which I shouldve been sold in the beginning only to find out its not really unlimited. Actual internet service not great. Was told Id be compensated and was not.

              Hello Ms. ******************** apologize because Ms. ******** was misled about the internet plan that was being sold to her. It does seem that a third-party vendor sold Ms. ******** her internet, which is no excuse that they lied to her regarding the data she was going to get. Then she called in and we sold our unlimited data plan but again she was not told that there is a cap that is put on that plan as well. 
              We did refund Ms. ******** for the modem, but since she was misled about the date plan, she was going to be getting I have issued the *** back to the card on file. Please allow five business days for that to reflect to the card on file. Again, I apologize Ms. ******** was misled both times when she called in to purchase our wireless data plan.
