            This service promised a substantial increase in customers and revenue. They did not increase as promised. We've spent many thousands of dollars for less than $100 in sales over 6 months. They did not fulfill their contract, yet they keep charging us even though we requested a cancellation in writing, on Zoom, and in email. This company is a fraud. They stole our money without providing a service they sold us.

            We still have a difficult time getting a refund and having our credit card off their system. It has been close to 2 months and after a confirmation from them, they still have my card information and has conducted no refunds as the company stated they would. Small-business owners should be aware about this when they choose to leave Popmenu. Go to your bank/card issuer and block them. It seems it is the only way as they have stated their policy to me -- "payment information cannot be taken off and we do not conduct refunds". The company software is user-friendly with few tweaks needed in its UI.

            Popmenu apologizes if there was any confusion regarding the customers transfer of ownership request. The customer was issued a refund for 2 months payment on June 3, 2024 and their credit card has been removed from the system. The site remained active for those 2 months and Popmenu continued to provide services. The new owner has not made any arrangements to continue the services. Popmenu will deactivate the account and turn off the website.
