The location at ********************************************************************************* needs to be reviewed. This place was extremely ran down. Dirty and seemed borderline abandoned. This is not the **** that i know. No welcome to **** greeting. Portions sizes the smallest ive seen and numerous reviews on ****** mentioning the same. This is clearly a management issue. They also refuse to honor the moe ****** deals unless you have the app. Which has never been the case. Please do something about this place.Initial Complaint

I went to the *********** location around 7pm on 2/4/24. The store had no stock of meats pico etc. The employees was speaking negatively about the company stating there is nothing until they get a new shipment of products. His pants were almost to the ground which is unprofessional and disgusting. We had a gift card to use and he said something was wrong with the system but it seems like he didnt know how to process the payment. He called the manager on the phone and the manager was more upset he got a call instead of finding a solution. The end result was I dont know how this works so you cant use the gift card. When we got home and ate the food the chicken was cold and dry and the ground beef tasted like it was days old.Initial Complaint

I recieved a gift card from a family member. *** tried using the gift card at two different locations and there is no money on it. I have contacted the **** location that the gift card was purchased from. They finally answered the second day. They said they would get a manager and get back to me. I have not heard anything. I have tried calling again for two straight days. All I want is for my gift card to work.Initial Complaint

I was hired by ***** southwest grill in ********* before Christmas and they scheduled a interview the day before Christmas Eve and I was out of town in ****** picking up a family member and wasn't able to take the interview and I asked to reschedule it then the next thing I know they took my job offer a way and were very rude and hostile towards me and said due to my mental health I can't be hired when all I asked for was to reschedule the interview that interviewer ****** is not nice and discriminates against people with Disabilities. They are breaking the law.Business response

Ordered online for delivery. When delivery was received multiple meals were incorrect. Receipt was highlighted as per items online however they were not correct. For example one order was marked no guacamole because that that person is allergic. The receipt was highlighted where it says no guacamole. Yet the order was still incorrect. An employe returned to the store with receipt and incorrect items. When they came back with the items they were still incorrect. I returned to the store myself. The store manager refused to remake the bowls saying she already have even though I had the food in hand and showed her the meal was incorrect. I offered to show her my online order on my phone showing what we ordered she declined. She refused to give me the original receipt back with the highlights that had come with the first order. She stated she was told she shouldnt have made them again in the first place. I said even though I have proof that my order was incorrect from what I ordered online. Her response was yep. Although she never looked at my copy of my online order. I asked for a refund on 3 of incorrect meals out of 7. The rest of us just chose to eat ours as is. She stated no. Any other thing I tried to communicate with her she ignored me and walked away or just completely ignored me. We are part of a large hospital system and we order catering frequently. Without issues. I attempted to call corporate and reach out to the district manager **** with no response. Only 1 out of then7 meals was correct. I also attempted to explain to her that the selections I chose online and on my receipt from my online order didnt reflect the same as the receipt printed at the store, but she didnt care. We are in healthcare working short staffed due to flu and Covid on top of having a large influx of patients and this is very disheartening.Business response

I have frequent your store the past 6 months on Sundays. Your store on ********* in ************* , **. . I attend church in *************, & occasionally Ill stop at your store for lunch (3 times) in 6 months and they were not open for business. In fact today 12/17/2023 I went by there about 11:05 am. A young lady open the front door and told me she was the only person whom shown up for work and was getting the food ready & she would be opening around 12 noon. Of course as you well know you have big problems with the staff. And upper management.Initial Complaint

On November 13, 2023 I was fired from **** over the phone by the assistant manager..!! I have been told that she cannot even fire me being the assistant manager, and that I didnt show up for work so I am fired. That is not how it works if she was not allowed to fire me I should still have my job and should still be able to go into my job just the same I am seeking compensation, if not more, for the troubles that Ive been put through when I got fired over the phone and apparently didnt even get fired I want to get to the bottom of this situation and I want full reimbursement for it. I have worked for **** and put in my work.Business response

On 10/30/2023 around 7pm EST, I went into the ********************************************************** location to order food. A Hispanic guy took my order and said what can I get for you ma? And with a smirk. I immediately took offense to that because I am not transgendered, not female presenting, I was born and always will be a man. I find it VERY disrespectful an ignorant for someone to approach me in that manner, especially unprovoked! I am a member of the **** community but it is no where near his place to assume I identify asMa. I asked the cashier who the general manager was and she proceeded to tell me that she didnt know, I also find that very appalling. I have always enjoyed **** when I lived in Roswell but this location has made me reconsider. I do not believe that I could ever patronize a brand that would treat their customers in this manner and I will tell everyone I know about my experience!Business response

Someone must take action. This is truly disheartening. Over the past few months, there has been an issue with a man in a company work van urinating in the parking lot, right in view of the restaurant, with only the door providing minimal cover. It is quite evident as he appears to be visibly shaking, and there is liquid flowing out from beneath the door.The company in question is "Southwest HVAC," and their van displays the phone number ************. As of today, October 4th, at 12:07 pm, the license plate number is HCY ****. It is imperative that someone intervenes in this situation. It's not only unsanitary but also deeply disturbing, and I've witnessed him repeating this behavior on several occasions during my lunch breaks with coworkers.Business response
