On 11/29/21 I noticed a charge for $6.46 on 11/27/21. I had spent all weekend with a terrible toothache so I knew I hadnt been to Arbys on Saturday. It had been a month since I had been there, now given $6.46 that is the last amount I was charged on 11/2/21 which also shows on my bank statement. The other odd thing is it was charged at 7:16am, the Arbys is only open 10am-8pm. So again no possible way I was physically there to swipe my card at that time in the morning. So somehow they charged my card illegally without having my card present which means theyre copying peoples info somehow to use later for amounts they wont notice. I notified my bank first but then went to speak with the manager who gave me $6.46 in cash out of the register and preceded to tell me how its impossible to charge my card without me there and laughed about it. Im really glad this store thinks bank fraud is a joke. This isnt an issue of money this is about what is going on and why, if they did it to my account than theres plenty of others too. I just want there to be some justice for the people being scammed for no reason that probably dont know it. The manager should also apologize for calling me a liar to my face and the preceding to laugh about it and tell me cancel my card. This I already knew but is a gigantic pain changing cards all because of a crooked employee or a computer error caused by them and refusing to accept responsibility for it.
