*************************** renovated my master bath installing beveled ************* After several attempts (texts & (2) punch list and after paying him in full with his promise to make it right) to date, no resolve to keep his word and replace/repair the unsightly crooked grout lines in the corners and base of the shower floor. I have a professional tile company that state due to the different size cuts made to the tile pieces throughout the project (I have photographs to insure this is the case) once the tile was grouted, it appears thick and thin for the entire shower area which includes the floor tile as well(looking just as un evenly spaced as the walls ) . An eyesore and unacceptable for a total payment of ******* . With inflation like it is today, it will be expensive for another tile company to come in and make this right. He gives me no choice, he states his tile person is telling him the beveled tile just looks like that, and **************** in a text states it is the designer (which would be me) who picked out the tile, it is my fault, I picked out the tile. If **************** would stand by his work and make this renovation look professional, it would have been the right thing to do. So, that is why we are here.
