I purchased a massage chair from Alpha Vitality Solutions on October 16, 2022. ($3699) After receiving the item, while assembling I noticed it was defective. (The side panel is unable to stay in place) I reached out via email on the 19th to inform customer service of this. They responded the next day asking for my order number and photos, I replied with both and since then I have not heard back. I reached back out on October 21st asking for an update and I still have not received any response. The way the hardware was shipped was very concerning, the touch screen was wrapped in a dirty towel, all the screws were thrown together in one bag, no markings as to which s**** went where. I found two numbers associated with this company and each line is unavailable, an automated voice says that they are busy and the line keeps ringing. It's extremely frustrating how easily this company took the funds out of my account, but is now somehow unable to provide proper customer service.Initial Complaint

We ordered a massage chair on July 2nd that included a footrest to accommodate size 14 feet as well as a white glove service for delivery. The chair was delivered to our driveway and without the requested footrest. We had to struggle to have someone come out to move the 400 pound chair and are still waiting on the footrest. Each time we have called, we are either given a different story or do not receive a callback. There is a 45 day return policy, so last week we requested a refund and return of the chair. Again after multiple calls I did finally receive a return label and was told the chair would be picked up last week. Nobody has shown up and to be honest I am tired of dealing with a company that does not deliver the services agreed upon and that is paid for. I have taken steps with my credit card company to dispute the charges and am reaching out for any additional assistance you can provide.Business response

I already requested the chair to be picked up and was given a return label and was told a two day window for the pickup. No one showed up and I have tried to call the company several times and receive a voicemail each time. Not sure what other steps I can take at this pointBusiness response

The chair is packed and waiting to be picked up. I have responded to emails from MCM SERVICE letting them know the chair is ready, I was told pickup would be scheduled for today but so far have not received a confirmation or time for pick up.
