Completely false. This customer, like all customers are given a price for propane tank installation and told that we will bill for the material to run lines into their residence. This can and will vary for each installation, so there is no way to know exact price. We bill for materials and additional labor (2 free labor hours on leased tank) the following month.
Sharing and Caring is a community outreach program that provides assistance to those in need. ********************* agreed to have the funds provided to LP Service to go towards her bill approximately $32, although she is disagreeing with the $32 charge. LP Service is not thieves. We simply charge fair and comparable prices for materials and services that we provide.
