On May 13, 2022, I gave a deposit of $1900 to Dacula Pool for pool liner and installation. I was given estimated date of installation of by end of June. Well, June has come and gone. The first week of July, I called them and they said due to weather,it was now pushed back to end of July. On July 25th, I called for status update, and was again advised because of weather it was now estimated to be end of August. I requested via email when was the liner ordered and when it was received by Dacula Pool. I have yet to receive a response. During my discussion with them, I advised them we only had 1 day of substantial rain in the last 30 days that would cause any delays. I explained to them that the liner has deteriorated to the point I'm losing water which is causing me to keep it at a level adequate to prevent any further damage underneath the liner. Thus causing higher than normal water ****. I now have given up operating the pump and filling the pool because of the cost..If we have had substantial rain, I wouldn't need to keep filling the pool, and we wouldn't have had drought conditions in my area. I want the job completed as promised, or refund of deposit money. I have been more than patient with this company, 75 days and counting is unreasonable.
