Our Insurance company, **** ***** **** ****** of *******, was contracted with ********* Urgent Care in *******, *******, to provide urgent care services. ********* Urgent Care was eventually purchased by Fastrack Immediate Care. I patronized ********* Urgent Care from 2012-2018 and always paid my deductible, which is documented through my former insurance company. In July ****, I moved to *********, *********, but maintained a Post Office Box in *******, *******. On June 6th, 2021, I received a bill from Fastrack Immediate Care at my ******* post office box seeking $1162.31 from doctor visits in 2014, 2015, and 2016. I called my former insurance company, **** ***** **** ****** of *******, and spoke to a representative who contacted Fasttrack Immediate Care and provided them with proof of payment by both the insurance company and myself. The representative told me that the situation had been cleared up and commented that this was a widespread occurrence with Fasttrack Immediate Care. Beginning in June 2022, I received a bill from Fasttrack Immediate Care at my ******* P.O. Box seeking $218.32 for a doctor's visit in 2014. I decided to reach out to the BBB at the insistence of a former colleague who still lives in *******. We are soon to be nine years removed from 2014, and I am still getting bills for services that were already paid for by the insurer and myself. I cannot seem to get Fasttrack Immediate Care on the telephone, so this is perhaps the best way to secure a resolution.
