While I found the service provided by this company to be less than satisfactory, I believe it's important to share my experience for the benefit of future customers. I had requested a review for three appliances: a freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher. The technician provided me with a rough estimate for each appliance ($1750, $120, and $250 respectively), which felt quite high. When I inquired about the breakdown of these costs, the technician seemed to take offense.I was under the impression that the service charge for the estimate was $25, as stated on their website and during my booking call. However, upon completion of the review, I was asked to pay $75, which was explained as $25 per appliance. This was not clearly communicated to me beforehand, and had I known, I would have prioritized the appliances I wanted to be reviewed.When I expressed my intention to pay the initially communicated $25 and possibly dispute the remaining $50 with my credit card company due to the lack of clear communication, the technician refused to accept my credit card payment and abruptly left.I felt this was unfair, so I called their service desk to make the payment and request a detailed explanation of the issues with my appliances. However, the service desk also refused to accept my payment due to my previous statement about a potential dispute. They then asked me to pay via Zelle, which I declined.My experience with this company was unpleasant and unprofessional. I felt as though I was being taken advantage of, and I now have concerns about my personal information being in their possession. Please be aware of these issues when considering this service provider.
