    In the fall of 2021, I contracted with Lawn Doctor of Columbus Ga to get rid of weeds and unwanted grasses in my backyard and for one yard fertilization in the spring of 2022. They sprayed several times for weeds but the fertilizing, which should have been done around May 1, was never done. And the same weeds are growing back! I canceled the fertilization service at that point and asked to speak to a manager. This was in late May. On or around June 1st, I called again and was told I needed to reinstate the account in order to speak to a manager. So I agreed to reinstate and have waited almost a week to hear from someone. I called again on 6/6/22 and was told that my account was not reinstated but there was a note beside the account that I wanted to speak to a manager. This is ridiculous! Very poor service and even worse Customer Relations by their managers. What good is a warranty?

    Originally, when you called on May 16, we let you know we would be out to meet with you and make an service your lawn. You were ok with that. Then you called on May 20th and cancelled before the following week when we were scheduled to come out. This reset the whole scheduling process.
    On June 6 you called and restarted service, and at that time we did make an error in scheduling which we take responsibility for. We understand that was frustrating for you and we apologize for our mistake. It is not common that we make errors like this, but when we do, we do our best to make it right.
    You called and cancelled again on the 6/17 because you had not heard from us, and at this time my staff recognized our mistakes in scheduling and requested you allow the owner to call you to sort everything out. You did not want a phone call from the owner so we respected your wishes and closed your account. We are still willing to call and meet with you, if you would like and we would be willing to move you to the front of the schedule since it was our mistake. Please just let us know.
