I sent an inquiry to the company asking for measurements on their steel fire-pit grates. The founder Jimmy R********* saw fit to unleash his vitriol at me, making his attack very personal, because I expressed displeasure in his website's lack of pertinent information. His hand-made grates are twice the price of comparable grates, which I am willing to pay for "Made in USA". Boasting Made in America should be about integrity and not just about location. He is a prideful arrogant vengeful individual that returns customer honesty with personal attack. As is the case with persons like him, full of himself and controlling what can be said about his business, his need to accuse me at a personal level stems from his inward inadequacies. In essence, his unwarranted portrayal of who he accused me to be was actually his confession of who he is! The old offensive-defense play. Jimmy acts as loser, and has learned that his way to make headway is to lie and cheat. For my inquiry he says he won't sell to me. This is laughable. The truth is he knows that for his incorrigible rude conduct NO customer would buy from him, so he beats the customer to-the-punch as if this constitutes his win. It's a win if he is 3 years old, still in diapers, testing his boundaries. This bully needs to grow up. He also needs to go to church, as you have some of the best churches in the nation in Georgia. Jimmy needs a God bigger than himself. If you buy from this troubled wreck of adolescent mentality, you will be the blame for whatever may go wrong with his product. Jimmy can only handle praises. The delusional ones he puts in your mouth, taken from his website. You cannot trust what he has authored on his website when he can't even get his own address right. He is out to block all truth-telling avenues to himself, and for good reason being his bad disposition. Buyer BEWARE!
Read his audacious prideful boasting while he slams me for his wasting my time with his unprofessionalism:

Dear ***,
I am sorry that you were unable to find the information you were looking for on our website. However, please understand that we do not post all of the measurements of our items because they are made by hand and as such we have to allow greater tolerances for all but the most critical dimensions.
Normally I would now take the time to explain everything in more detail and do my best to help a customer get the right grate for their application. However, due to the extremely rude and condescending tone of your message I have absolutely no desire to do business, assist, or communicate further with you. I sincerely hope that you are able to overcome whatever adverse circumstances in your life have caused you to think it is acceptable to treat other human beings - especially those you have never had any contact with before - in this way, and that you are able to find the product you are looking for elsewhere.

This is my inquiry to his website after being ignored by his store on Amazon. This is a HUGE waste of time
having to persist for measurements that should be a part of the product description. I was very frustrated by
the effort I had to make to get what common sense would know to provide. Their standard of business CONDUCT does not reflect what the claim "Made in USA" represents. They are dismissive and when pressed, become arrogant and insulting!

You received a new message from your online store's contact form.

Please put the VITAL information of ALL MEASUREMENTS on your website for EACH product and size you are selling. A drawing of the item with all the measurements identified - how can you not know to provide this?? I am interested in the super heavy duty circular grates. I want to know the DIAMETER OF THE CENTER FLAT CIRCLE for each size you sell. Also how many legs for each and the length. THIS IS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO HAVE TO ASK!!! Made in the USA would know to provide this! PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. Thank you. ***

There is NO EXCUSE for there to be no diagram of the grate with all the measurements, and
I was specific in needing the diameter of the center flat circle. Jimmy's lame excuse that the items
being hand-made is why they don't provide measurements is ridiculous and an amateur defense.
There's a standard measurement and they need simply give the caution that "due to the handmade
nature of this item there may be slight variances in the measurements". This disclosure is the
UNIVERSAL standard with vendors of hand-made items. Other manufacturers have provided diagrams,
facing the same challenges. Jimmy hears customer displeasure as a personal stab to his already injured self.
His boasting of what he "normally" does is a lie because his "normal" is what he did to me: he reacts based
on his FEELINGS and not to the business at hand. He is crippled by his pride an UNable to respond on point.
He must be seriously afflicted for him to take this swipe at ANY customer and force them into having to appease his NEUROSIS in order to do business with the company that employs him. His audacity is grounds for his termination if he didn't own the company. He doesn't get to redefine what Customer Support entails because he can't get himself out of the way of the job!
Here is how simple his job was, which he simply cannot handle. Here is the response Jimmy OWES THE CUSTOMER but refuses for sake of his throbbing unharnessed angst. He is incapable of this reply:
"Hi ***, the center flat circle is XX inches in diameter. It has XX legs. Being these are handmade, expect slight variation. I forwarded your suggestion for a measurement diagram on our website. Thank you, we are always looking to improve it."
Obviously Jimmy does not care that to intentionally injure one customer, you he alienates a community.
I am posting this report on social media and warning my many associates here in Silicon Valley CA.
I greatly appreciate having the BBB to file this feedback and warn the public.
