Found this place because of an add on ****** saying they remove oil stains on driveways.I called and verified with their office. The woman I spoke to asked me what type of oil and how long it had been there. I confirmed with her it was car oil and had only been there a few days.On September 13th an employee came out to my house to clean it and did not use a solvent and told my wife that he went over it a few times but it wouldnt come outI called the office to verify and they stated that they would send someone back out.On September 23rd they sent the same employee back out and he actually tried to use degreaser and a metal brush on my driveway however by this time Im sure the oil had been on the driveway long enough to sink into it (or however it works???).The employee told me that he did not know why I was told they could remove oil stains because he has never seen them come out, only be lightened up a ********* addition to the false advertising and not removing the oil stains my driveway now has pock marks after the power wash that it did not have before.I brought this to the attention of the business and not a thing has been done.They had me email them pictures and I never heard back. Ridiculous that I paid to have my driveway damaged.Business response

We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused. Oil stains removal depends on the condition of the stain, the type of driveway, the length that stain was on the driveway and other factors.
Our techs always disclose the possible outcome before starting the job to clarify expectations.
The stain significantly lighted up and looks much better as we explained before starting the work.
We responded promptly to your nonsatisfaction and came back to treat it again.
At this point if you are still not happy we can fully refund what you initially paid.
if that will satisfy you please let us know and email our office to the same email you sent the photos too.

Dont use these folks. A few things. They did not do a good job but I was not able to tell this until it was completely dry. I shouldve known better because they didnt move my chairs or my mat and I had 2 bowls that I feed my cat with, they were still in the same spot. They did not do my front porch which makes me wonder if they did the front of my home. I dont believe that they did the closer I look. Does not look like they got into the spaces between the driveway. Also beware, they say concrete driveway and sidewalk and home is included. They only mean the front of your home. If you have concrete in the back that is extra but they dont tell you that. Also dont pay these folks in cash like I did. I paid 389 .My results were not acceptable. The person that the company sent out was a subcontractor by his admission. This is not buyers remorse and I am not looking to get my money back but just to get all that was to be included in the price.Business response

Date of incident - 06/29/23 Amount charged - $******.I contacted this company to clean out my gutters and bag the debris up from the gutters, understanding there will be an extra fee for bagging it up. The person arrived at my house to clean out the gutters and did not knock on the door. I called the office to make sure the person knew to bag up the debris and the person answering the phone said it was in the notes. I greeted the person and reminded him of the expected service, and he said " I don't do that. I am not a landscaper. That is for your landscaper. Gutter cleaners do not do that" I told him that is what I am scheduled for. He refused to pick up the debris and blew it all on to the side of my backyard fence. Next in the front of my house he was going to blow pine straw and debris onto my manicured yard and island that has mulch, not pine straw. I asked him again to pick up the debris and he said, " I do not pick up hay" He started screaming at me was very aggressive and rude and I felt so uneasy I asked him to leave my property, So now debris and trash is in front of my house. I called the office while he was here and said "Call whoever. i am not picking anything up." I called the office and some incompetent office manager named *** called me and would not listen, was screaming at me and threatened to put a lein my house for ******. *** kept over talking me like a child not a manager of anything. He was screaming at me; He was rude and aggressive just like the person they sent out here. This company has a rude and aggressive people working for them the technician and ***. The management needs to be replaced, not fit to lead and that is why you have rude people working for you in the field. Not leading by example. I feel so nervous and shaken over this whole incident. We apologize for any inconvenience our services caused you.
Bagging debris is not one of our steps when cleaning gutters. We blend everything neatly with the landscape as it was initially explained. We can bag debris for an additional charge as was explained when you scheduled the appointment.
Upon the arrival of our tech, he cleaned all gutters and downspouts per our procedure and then you asked our tech to bag with no additional charge.
He refused and you instructed him to leave the property, thus he was not able to complete his work, per your pictures.
He did cleaned all the gutters, all downspouts and cleared everything from your back yard and left your home as neatly as possible before you instructed him to leave your property because he didn't want to bag everything for free.
Please see attached photos.
We are interested to resolve this as best as we can and will office you a 10% discount and can come back and bag the remaining debris at no charge, let us know if that satisfies you.

Complaint: 20254126I am rejecting this response from Peachtree Cleaning LLC because the information contained in the rebuttal is not correct.
I scheduled an appointment with Melody, a representative of Peachtree Cleaning LLC for gutter cleaning and bagging up debris, with the understanding that there would be an extra fee for bagging up the debris.
On the day of the appointment 6/29/23, Ace, the technician of Peachtree Cleaning LLC, arrived at my property and did not notify me that he was starting the service call.
I contacted Melody, a representative of Peachtree Cleaning LLC and confirmed with her that Ace the Technician would pick up the debris and bag it. ****** stated that the bagging of the debris was in the notes of the service call, therefore Ace knew about it.
Melody, a representative of Peachtree Cleaning LLC told me to place the garbage bags outside for Ace the technician to use to bag the debris.I mentioned to Ace that the services scheduled were gutter cleaning and bagging the debris when I noticed he was blowing the pine straw around the edge of my fence and onto the *************** stated I am not a landscaper. I do not pick up hay. I am not bending down to pick anything up.
I stated, I am going to contact the office Ace the technician said, Call whoever you want to call I am still not picking up the debris.
I asked *** to leave my property when he became aggressive and rude.
I was very uneasy and should have called the authorities. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from any company just to get my gutters cleaned and debris bagged up.
In addition, the pine straw in the front of the house could not be blown on top my lawn that had freshly planted grass seed and wooden mulch in the island and around the house, Not pine straw. I provided pictures of the pine straw that *** refused to pick up.
I did not have any pine straw anywhere in the front of my home, only mulch. Therefore, I scheduled the service of getting the gutters cleaned and the debris picked up. I should have received the services that I requested and good customer service.
I spoke to *******************, the owner of Peachtree Cleaning LLC to explain what took place and what services I was scheduled to receive. ******************* talked over me and screamed in my ear instead of listening to the customers concern and ordeal I had just experienced at the hands of his employee Ace.
Ace the technician and *******************, the owner of Peachtree Cleaning LLC was beyond rude. My whole day was ruined dealing with this ordeal. I was shaking after *** left and after I spoke to *******************. I was verbally assaulted by *** the technician and ******************* the owner of Peachtree Cleaning LLC.
A mutual resolution has not been reached. To add to the mental anguish and verbal abuse I dealt with at the hands of Ace the Technician and *******************, the owner of Peachtree Cleaning LLC. and the project is not complete by Peachtree Cleaning LLC, ******************* the owner threatened to attach a lien to my property.

I am rejecting this response because:******************* the owner of Peachtree Cleaning LLC is not taking responsibility for his and Ace, an employee of Peachtree Cleaning LLC the technicians hostile treatment and mental anguish that I experienced from them on the scheduled day of ******* **** 29, 2023.
The ******* that I scheduled with Peachtree Cleaning LLC was not complete. The ******* was for gutter cleaning and bagging the debris which Ace the technician of Peachtree Cleaning LLC refused to do so. The pictures show the debris that was left by Peachtree Cleaning LLC on **** 29.
My credit card information was given to the office of Peachtree Cleaning LLC on the same day, **** 29,2023, *******************, the owner of Peachtree Cleaning LLC screamed at me and bullied me with a lien attachment scare tactic. I still get chills thinking of my conversation and the fact that *** continued to yell and overtalk me the entire conversation. So much for customer *******.
I had to pay someone else to get the debris up the same day of the scheduled ******* of **** 29 because the employee of Peachtree Cleaning LLC, *** refused to complete the ******* request that was scheduled. It is now 5 days later, July 4 and I had to restore my home back to its original look after Ace the employee of Peachtree Cleaning LLC became hostile and i asked him to leave my property for my safety once he continued to yell at me.
In order to be made whole I am requesting an apology from ******************* for his hostile behavior and a full refund. This ******* call was on **** 29. I would not allow my home to look the way Ace, an employee of Peachtree Cleaning LLC left it for days.
I look forward to a quick resolution.

I scheduled to have my HVAC system cleaned. The 2 individuals who came out to do the job never completed the job. They left dust & didn't vacuum the vents in 5 of the rooms. I sent the owner an email along with pictures of the job which was not done. They scheduled to have the same workers com out This Friday 11/11/22. The office contacts me on Thursday afternoon to say that the worker cannot come out at the time scheduled. I took time out of my schedule and they did a sloppy job, I reschedule for them to fix the problem, and they rearrange the schedule - Problem is - I've already taken time off for the morning and at this late time, they're requesting yet another change.Business response

I attempted to give them a chance to address my issue but they chose not to call me back. My date of service was 10/5/2022. I have a gas fireplace and called to have service because the unit wouldn't turn on despite the pilot light being lit. I watched some ******* videos and did the basic troubleshooting, so I knew that I needed someone who would truly diagnose my fireplace. The tech came 2-3 hours early. After he was in my house for a bit, I asked him how it was going. The tech told me that my "unit" was completely broken and I needed to spend $4k to replace it. I asked him if he had tested the solenoid valves or the thermopile with a voltmeter, and the tech became really defensive and told me to go get a second opinion. After he left, I checked the thermopile with a voltmeter and determined that it was broken. I ordered a new one from Amazon for $19 and spent one hour installing it. My fireplace works again. I called the company to discuss my concerns, and the woman on the phone simply did not care. She said a manager would call me but they never did. These guys should be embarrassed that I could diagnose and fix the problem myself for $19 and one hour of labor. I do not think I should pay for the inspection since it was not thorough (the thermopile was not tested with a voltmeter) and the remedy was completely wrong (I was told that I needed to buy a new fireplace at $4k).Business response

I am rejecting this response because this business' response is not true. I have cropped and magnified the inspector comment section that was located on my receipt for reference.It isn't possible to diagnose a thermopile versus a milivolt solenoid valve issue without a voltmeter. The technician did not have a voltmeter and did not test it.
I did not terminate the service visit. The technician was cleaning up when I asked him how the visit went. We spent an extended time clarifying what he meant when he said the "unit" was broken. I assumed he meant a component, or even the milivolt solenoid. He told me no, my entire fireplace needed to be replaced for $4000.If you look at the 3rd comment on the attachment, "New unit (fireplace) needs to be installed."
Finally, I would like to point out additional misrepresentations that were present on the original receipt. My fireplace was not actually inspected. The unit is located ~20 feet above ground level. According to the receipt originally submitted, the technician claims he examined the venting to include the external caps on the roof. The technician did not have a ladder. The technician also did not remove the glass front of the unit which would have given him access to inspect the interior components of the unit's exhaust system.
I should not have to pay for a diagnostic inspection because, not only did the technician not bring the appropriate tools to provide the diagnosis, he diagnosed incorrectly and told me that I needed to buy a $4000 fireplace and not a $19 thermopile. My receipt clearly demonstrates this assertion.

Good Morning, We apologize for any inconvenience.
Upon arrival and based on the customers description Our tech have informed you that the thermopile might not be working properly and you might need a new unit.
Then the customer got defensive and did not let our tech to fully diagnose the started giving instructions on how we should inspect. Based on the customers response our tech informed the customer that he can get a second opinion.
We still arrive to the property and we do charge a service call fee. However to satisfy the customer we are willing to refund 50%. Please advise if that will satisfy you.

I am rejecting this response because: You did not address the substance of my response. As I have pointed out, I was not told that I needed to replace the thermopile. I was told I needed to replace my entire fireplace at $4,000. The tech never tested the thermopile as he did not have a voltmeter. The tech also did not perform an inspection of the fireplace. This was a fraudulent service call and I should not have to pay anything when the services were not rendered.

September 1st I hired this company to come out and clean my gutters. The technician came cleaned the gutters and came to the door to collect. When I opened the door my glass door was filled with some black oily looking stuff. When I opened the screen door he did a little smirk laugh & say he was there to collect the payment of $119.00 for the service. I thought this man must be crazy because he was looking at me through a glass door full of oily something. I thought to myself I am a senior and live alone and no one on the street would know if he caused harm so I decided not to say nothing to him and I thought to myself I would just clean the door with Windex and not make a issue. I paid, he left and I got the Windex to clean the door. I got outside and saw that not only was it on my glass door but it was on my paint job coming up to the door as well as the ceiling of the front door and the cement. I could not wipe it off my paint job on my house I came in the house to call them to let them know what happened. I was told to take pictures and send them to them and the owner of the business was not in but he would get in touch with me. After not hearing from him in a week the lady told me she would call me back. She called back and told me they would send the tech out that did the job to clean it up.. The tech was scheduled to come out about 3 days later and he seem to be nicer. He explained to me that all this stuff came out of the gutters from the shingles on the roof, ************* He asked me did I have some **** dish detergent & a mop and I can put some on this stuff and leave it on for 2 days and use my water hose and wash it off. I told him I did not have a mop because I have hard wood ********** had NEVER had a company come out and clean my gutters and mess up my house. He told me he would need a pressure washer to get it off as if I had one. I called the 3 more times and got the run around. Peachtree Cleaning, airductcleaningga, and or Peachtree Cleaning Atlanta Air Duct Dryer ************** Cleaning came to my residence on 7/28/2022 to clean my central air ducts. Earlier in July 2022, I made the appointment, asking what the services included, I was told (by a woman whom I was told is on maternity leave) the service included cleaning of all air returns, sanitation of the air ducts, cleaning of the furnace vent. I also asked if they cleaned the blower motor and I was told the service reps will clean the motor blades.The cost was $199. Their equipment consisted of a single rubber tube. Powered by compressed air and a hand-held barrel vacuum cleaner. My complaint: my furnace vent was left packed with dust and debris. The reps told me they could not clean it any better. The blower motor was not cleaned. The reps said they do not clean the blades. My upstairs register, when the reps tried to remove the screws, on was difficult. He twisted my vent cover and scrapped off a rather large area of paint and plaster from my ceiling. I was downstairs when this happened. When I saw it I asked why he twisted the vent cover without asking me first. He mad a promise to return the following day, (7/29/22) and repair the damage he caused. He never called or made further contact. The two service reps left my house dusty and dirty. Additionally, (this is minor, but irritating) they left trash on my front porch. I have reached out to communicate with the company and speak to its owner ******************* twice. Today, (8/3/22) when I called them again I told the woman whose name I believe is Makala, I was going to file a BBB complaint if **************** didn't call me within 4 hours.This company has multiple Web listings. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. Human errors do happen from time to time but the key to to address and resolve them asap, and that's what we have been trying to do.
We will clean any components and take before and after photos to show you the results, however we do not disassemble furnace components like the blower, this will be done. by your hvac company.
Our tech was trying to reach you and i called you today twice from our office number ************ and was not able to reach you. Please call us at your earliest convenience so we can address those issues.

I did not receive any voice messages from your office or your tech. If a call attempt was made, you simply hung-up. Your response reads as if the same representatives would come back to correct the problems they created. Your service reps. would not clean a very dirty return, left my floors very dirty, forced and twisted my upstairs return removing paint and plaster from my ceiling. Why would I want these people back on my property to fix what they did not have the professionalism to complete in the first place. Additionally, when I made the appointment, I was told by the person who is on maternity leave, the service did include cleaning the blower motor fan blades, with the motor in place.

Peachtree Cleaning contractor Ace came out to view my home on February 28, 2022.At the time we were highly considering theirr company to stop the water from seeping through the chimney. The deposit of $99 was paid for the inspection was would be applied to the purshase of service.. After the Inspection we had highly considered to choose your company, however we were going to request another contractor. Ace made it clear that it was not enough money for him to do the job and was reluctant to complete the task. Our concerns were then, that if he did come back, would he do a good job.We decided to get another quote. After receiving this quote, we were confused as to why Peachtree Cleaning did not 1. Provide pictures of the roof view and 2. Did not look at our furnace and water heater to determine if sealing of the entire chimney was appropriate (being the expert). Ace suggested closing off the chimney after I told him that 1. We did not use the fireplaces and 2. I could not give an affirmative if the Water heater and Furnace were connected (I found out they are when the second company asked to look at both and showed me that they are connected.). Note- he did not ask to look/inspect the items in the house.With all of this said, I did not receive a thorough inspection. If we made the changes to our chimney as Ace recommend, it could have later caused damage to our home and/or family. For this reason, I am requesting a refund of the $99 that was paid for the "Inspection". The refund can either be credited back to the card or mailed to the above address. I am disappointed with my results.After sending out an email on March 9th, I Peachree Cleaning ans spoke with ***** She informed they received the email and the office manager *** would get back with me. Good afternoon,
The customer complained about water leaking in the chimney coming through the fireplace.
The customer noted that they do not use their fireplace. It was noted customer wanted a cap .
Customer did not let technician inside the property. Just wanted to check from exterior .
The quote was to seal fireplace flue or a Masonry cap to cover entire chimney .
The technician acknowledge the other flue was being vented when he went on the roof .
The customer decided that they would lean toward sealing the flue Which was more cost effective.
Assuming the tech won't do a good job is a matter of opinion.
After inspection the tech determined to resolve the leak issue these would be your best options.
An exterior chimney inspection was performed and quote was given.

02-21-2022 I had a techinan come out for a sweep and inspection , their website stats that the inspection includes looking at the top of your chimeny witch was not done , actually no inspection was done! Techinan came in, brought his tools, layed down a protection cloth and start putting rods inside the chimeny. While doing this, he got a rod stuck and told me that this was the first time this had ever happened and that it was okay and wouldn't ruin my fireplace. He was in and out in 20 minutes. After leaving I called the company and requested another technician to come out since my experience wasn't very pleasant. I got a call back from an extremely rude owner telling me that the same techinan had to come out and. I tried to explain what happened but he kept talking over me telling me I don't know anything about inspection. I was told that I would have to pay another$129 for another technician to come out if I didn't want the same one that left the rod stuck! I didn't get any apologies what so ever. I instead received a horrible customer service. I told the Owner that we still had black flakes come down the chimney and I was told that they weren't a cleaning service! When I informed him that no inspection was done I was told that I didn't understand anything about inspection! I want a capable technician to come out and take the rod out of my chimney and complete the job I had paid for or I want my money back. He said that the techinan told him that he couldn't get it out because it was raining, but the truth is that the techinan left my house telling me that the rod wouldn't be a problem!Business response

On the day and time of your appointment it was raining and we stated that the same tech will come out and remove the rod when the roof will be dry and we can access it. We also said that at that time we will complete the exterior inspection and all this at no additional cost to you. You have claimed that your husband ran his finger in the chimney and it was black and we responded that our job is to clear the chimney from creosote so it will be safe to use and not wipe it with a cloth. You'll need to call house cleaning service because we do not provide that service.
Since then, before seeing this complaint, you were scheduled with a different tech, per your request, at no additional charge to remove our rod and address any other questions or concerns you have.

Peachtree Cleaning Carpet Chimney Air Duct came to our home to clean our gutters on 11/21. They arrived a bit early and the technician completed the work. On Monday, I mailed the invoice with a check for payment in full. On Tuesday I got a call from ***, who identified himself as the owner of the company. I relayed to him that a check was mailed with the invoice for Payment on Monday, and he asked why I would mail a check, they don't accept "mail in checks". When I asked why they would have a policy like that, he said that the technician could take a check, but they don't accept mail in checks at the address on the invoice. There is clearly an address on the invoice. Since this was the first time doing business with this company, I didn't feel comfortable giving them my credit card number over the phone. He said that payment by check was unacceptable. And that if I didn't give him my card number that they would put a lien on my home. Which is even more reason for me not to give out my credit card number.Business response

We accept, cards, cash and checks. We do not accept mailed checks and im not sure why would you mail one without us approving it first. We have called multiple time after the service was completed and asked you to call back for payment and you never did.
We do not accept mailed checks and this check will be returned to you.
If you do not feel comfortable paying with a card over the phone a technician can collect payment in Person.

I will cancel the check that I mailed your company. You can send a technician out to collect a replacement check. You called once on Monday after the check went into the mail and was picked up by the post. You called Tuesday and I returned your call immediately. I do not appreciate the threats to put a lien on my home. I will put a check undedr the front mat for your technician to retrieve.
