I had HVAC and dryer vent cleaning on 7/5/2021. I was told everything was clean, clear and ready for use. After the dryer vent cleaning our dryer took 2 cycles to dry clothes. I then had the dryer inspected, assuming it was a dryer element issue since the dryer vent was just cleaned. The dryer was fine and in perfect working order. I called Peachtree Cleaning back and the service man returned a few calls but never came back to re-inspect or clean the duct if needed. I have made numerous phone calls but no contact. I had to vent the dryer into the house so it would work properly for months. Then I had to hire another company to come and clean the dryer vent which cost me more money. The other company blew out the vent line which was still completely plugged and now the dryer works as intended - only one cycle and clothes are completely dry. I have made repeated attempts to contact this company via phone calls and emails. The receptionist keeps telling me her manager will contact me each time I call but no contact for weeks! They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee advertised on their website but no follow-through on this. I would like a refund on my dryer vent cleaning that wasn't done properly!Business response

********************, I truly apologize for this inconvenience, but we do stand behind our work and try and resolve an issue as promptly as possible.
I'm sorry you could not have us come back even though the tech attempted to reach you multiple time, as you have stated.
We are willing to refund 50% from the dryer vent cleaning because we could have resolved this if you have gave us the chance. Let me know if that will satisfy you.Customer response

I would be happier with a full refund but 50% is better than nothing. I did give your company a chance to resolve this issue - called the main office at least 3 times this month - each time I was told the manager would call me back. I have yet to receive any phone calls from the manager. I also sent emails that were not responded to. I resorted to the BBB since I was getting NO response and felt I had given you enough chances to resolve the issue. The worker's showed up and I was uncomfortable by several actions. One they stayed parked in front of my home/ driveway for ********************************** Once they phoned to verify parking spot in the driveway I was uncomfortable with the conversation. Speech and verbiage was a little off. But I wasn't that uncomfortable to cancel right then and there. Next when they pulled in my driveway they backed into my bushes a few times. That also made me a little uncomfortable. Once out of the vehicle they begN to conduct business (talking with us and starting to unload) with shades on. Very dark shades and it wasn't a sunny day. All of the events made me extremely uncomfortable and I informed them that I was canceled service because my card would not go through. (Because I didn't want issues) They told me to contact the company. I did immediately and the gentleman called me back three times harassing me. Calling me a racist, telling me he would put a lien on my property, and requesting a cancelation fee. He was very rude, defensive, and aggressive. With all 3 of his calls..Business response

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. However, our tech did not touch your bushes.
They have requested from you if they can back up in your driveway and they did not touching your bushes.
If any damage caused to your bushes please call us and we will rectify that issue.
The gentleman that arrived to your property in a company marked van and company shirts is a senior technician and a professional boxer. He is a top tech and has multiple positive testimonials.
You insulted him by calling his speech "sluggish and complained while he was wearing sunglasses during the unloading his equipment.
Doing business over 15 years, that is the first time i came across unjustified complaint like yours.
You were not charged anything so i am not sure why would you ask a billing adjustment.
We are extremely busy and we do charge a service call if a customer calls us to the property and sends us away for no good reason.
However, after further consideration we will wave that fee and hope you'll have a good rest of your week.
