    Promised to complete the pool in 3 to 4 months, still not completed. Paid 98% of cost, only to find that equipment is missing, the pool is not pebbled and unusable at this time. Retainer walls were not properly installed and failing due to lack of drainage, poor bonding, and zero corner blocks (we paid CCP, ******* ****** cut corners and did not supervise the wall installation). Their contractor/employees did not put gravel in all of the modular blocks. Which meant there was nothing to hold them in place. Likewise, no drainage pipes extending from the blocks, hence water not being expelled. Mud sliding down on the pool level. He created a mess. Total lack of accountability. Tried to scam us with ghost bills. Disrespectful once the contract was signed!No customer focus nor respect from ******* ******. ******* ****** is rude and tried to bully us when we asked questions and attempted to nail down completion dates. She even threatened us if we did not pay her the last payment before the work was finished. They breached the contract and has (2) lawsuits pending.They simply want to collect checks. Don't ask for an itemized bill, you won't get it!Front loads payments which created a cut and run opportunity for them! Don't fall for the 40 years of experience. Tried to get us to sign a completion statement when she knew the work had not been completed, totally unethical., very dishonest.What was suppose to be a dream pool was turned into a nightmare!

    Please refer to the long list of very satisfied customers, this is what happens when a customer wants something for nothing, there is no equipment missing and pool has not been plastered (pebbled) because due to a prior incident where this customer did not want to or couldn't pay her debts we could not trust them to pay for the final plaster draw, each draw is due at each phase of the pool, many companies require 50% payment--we break it down into phases to make it easier on the customer to see their progress-protects the customer and us (the contractor) we have agreed to have a third party hold the check and the day the plaster is complete we will receive the check--this customer is preferring to drag this on and cause all involved to incur additional costs when they could have been enjoying their beautiful pool/outside entertainment area all summer as all our customers have done. We have a long history of satisfied customers and return customers who will happily vouch for our company, as well as a long history of swimming pool construction, yes 40 years. The only document she was requested to sign was detailing the work that had been done to date and that the only remaining work to be done was the pebble (plaster)---homeowners would not because this would derail them from being able to play games with their final draw and still try and get something for nothing. Classic Custom Pools has tried to satisfy this customer but cannot give away products and services to the extent this customer is demanding--it is our intent/mission to provide quality service and goods resulting in satisfied customers, which our history proves we have succeeded in.
