            When I arrived at the Cellairis store, the girl behind the counter was very angry and short with me, stating in a very short tone of voice that it would be 2 hours before she could get to my phone repair. I stated I can come back at 3:30, which would have been 2 hours later, and she got even angrier and stated, "I said it would be 2 hours before I can get to it." She said this while glaring at me and clenching her teeth. I left the store and never went back. Nothing was paid for. I called the manager at the *************** location, and he very abruptly told me that I should have come back 2 hours later like I was told to do. He said he had no intention of saying something or firing an employee just because they glared at me and snapped at me. He also said when you called her it was recorded, but I never called her. They have mistaken with another person who must have called her and complained to her. He also told me for me not to go back in his store. I told him I was contacting corporate and he said call whoever you want. I hung up.
