They said my child had a ear infection and sinus infection on Thursday. They gave him a antibiotic. He stopped running a fever on Friday afternoon. On Sunday about 5PM he said momma I have a fever and she enough he did. I took him to urgent care. They said his other ear was infected and told us to continue with current medicine. On Monday morning I contacted aylo health and told them what was going on. I said that I would be happy to bring him in for a recheck since they saw him first. They refused and told us to finish it his medicine. I called his pediatrician they saw him on Tuesday morning and did a xray and he has phenomena. I kept telling them that something was not right and they did not listen to my concerns. If I would have listened to them and not seeked out Io?o?>further medical treatment he world have ended up in the hospital. Thank the lord for mom intuition and being persistent when it comes to my kids health. These doctors at Aylo health sure did not have his best interest nor the knowledge to handle his health needs.Review from Nadine E

If only I could give 0 star....I will make this very short, due to the nature of my experiences on two occassions and the lengthy context. In summary, **** and some of their nurses/physician acted negligently in rendering care, and that such negligence resulted in further injury or reccurrence of illness. After voicing my concerns and neglect of proper service provided by **** to their managers/directors, **** acted in full defense mode and also covering up communication recordings of neglect and falsification by ****'s staff. ****'s professional duty owed to the patient was breached. Therefore, resulting in untreated and prolonged injury/illness caused by the breach, and failure to perform or provide appropriate medical testing/results. The damages resulted in an emergency room vist, CT scan, and currently seeing a specialist for further testing, in order to see if I sustained any further/internal damages due to Aylo failing to provide adequate care and treatment plan.

They are incompetent to say the least in the office daughter got a TB skin test done Thursday at 2pm it is now Sunday and they refuse to read it until it hits exactly 72 hours after it was administered. Turned her away twice when she drove all the way there to the *************** According to the *** a PPD can be read not prior to 48 hours and up to 72 hours. ******* was her name probably not a nurse. Will be calling office Manager tomorrow. They wasted my daughters time and insulted me on the phone being rude when I called to question them. Since I have also been a RN for 22 years myself this goes to show the incompetence of this office and 3 family members will not be returning!Review from Barry D

I keep calling to get my prescription refilled and they say they are sending it to my pharmacy but it never happens! I'm out of medicine and I'm not sure what to do!Review from Thomas L

Absolutely horrendous. The worst medical facility to ever exist. Horrific care if you can call it that. Worst doctors ever. Medical care is NOT what it should be. This place should be shut down.Review from Valorie C

Thats the worse place I could have ever taken my child to seek medical attention. Doctor seemed great. Imaging couldnt get imagine correct had to return for second image stated everything was fine then received call stating from surgical specialist. Poor bed side manners. Poor medical treatment. I went for my yearly physical which is paid a 100% but because they had to refill my medicine for high blood pressure they coded one of the labs with that diagnosis which makes me pay a $25 copay i have had physical done by other Doctors not with aylo and was never billed a copay for a physical and had my medicine refilled also. I want my acct credited and i will not be going back to this practice.Review from Elaine W

Incompetent to the **** Of three people in my room, not on introduced themselves by name or role. Slow as can be. Then I had to call numerous times to get the prescriptions I needed for Covid. Terrible communication, such as no one answers the phone, just rings with no ability to leave msg. Thankfully I found this out before I have a serious health problem.Review from Patricia G

They dont have it all together and accuse me of stuff Im not doing. Very bad patient relations. There are plenty of people I have heard in the waiting room saying the same things as I am. ***************** and Aylo Health need to close this business. They have just gotten so big that complaints get lost in the shuffle so BBB is next best thing so hopefully honest patients will not be treated this way.
