concept is great and most of the instructors are really great with kids. They encourage and help motivate when possible. However, upper management/owner or coach ***** is not who needs to be around kids or deal with the paying customers. He works with the kids but doesn't encourage, he seems to know his stuff when it comes to parkour, if you don't believe that he will tell you. I had the chance to talk to him about what seems like double standards when it comes to groups of kids even though the differences are not spelled out anywhere in the gym rules. ***** asked me a question, which i didnt know the answer and i told him that. then I asked him a question which he didn't know then i asked again about the double standards. He got irate and wanted to showboat in front of his students and told me to leave and then he said in front of kids name calling? I think saying i was a punk a** b**** for asking about his gym rules? So I asked for a refund since i wasnt supposed to come back ith my child and he said ill refund you when i feel like it? All over a question from a paying customer? Like I said the concept is great and the instructors that i had the chance to deal with other than ***** really like what they do and really like to help those that are new to the sport or that can't grasp the technique right off the bat.
