On 5/24/2023, I ordered a 20" ****** push lawn mower for $211.99. On 5/26/2023, I received a 20" ****** push lawn mower. On that same date, I sent them an email asking them why I didn't receive what I ordered. Also that same date, I sent another more detailed email with photos. i gave them plenty of time to respond, but they did not. While waiting for a response, I took a closer look at the mower because I noticed grass clippings on lower handle. i looked underneath, there was dried grass covering the underneath of the mower and the entire thing was rusted, as if it had been used and put away wet, or actually sat in water for awhile. Took spark plug out and it was burnt up. I feel as if someone else wasn't happy with the mower and sent it back and I was the unlucky one to try and unload it on. On 6/19/2023, I sent another email with 6 more photos attached explaining and showing them the problem. They responded, apologized and asked for more photos, saying they would take care of it. On 6/23/2023, I sent photos AGAIN, saying ****** was a solid mower, but not this one. They did respond saying they were basically the same mower and how about a partial refund. On 7/5/2023 I sent email asking what was i supposed to do with a partial refund, a rusted mower and burnt up spark plug. On 7/18/2023, they answered saying, this mower was delivered in May, why were they just now hearing about it! I responded with each date of emails and answers to them. Also, I let them know from the start, I thought they were running a bait and switch. No further response to date. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
