I just called to cancel my membership from the ******* ** location and ask for a one tIme refund they just charged me. Customer rep cancelled my membership and I was advised there would be no refund of 49.97$ they just took out. Also, had an incident that was not my fault at this location involving their car wash drive thru that resulted in my and 2 other vehicles getting damaged that they did not take responsability for. On August 8th, I visited the Tidal Wave location in ******, GA, to cancel my car wash service. I was informed that my services were canceled on August 7th due to nonpayment, yet my card was still charged on August 9th. When I returned to the ****** location, the management assured me that my account was indeed canceled in their system and that I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days. If not, they told me to contact corporate. However, every attempt to reach corporate failed due to their billing system being down. The website was also unresponsive, either displaying an error message or not allowing me to complete the cancellation process. Then, on September 10th, despite the account being canceled, Tidal Wave charged my debit card again. When I went back to the ****** location, they were under construction and unable to access my account. To protect myself, I blocked Tidal Wave from charging my credit card. I finally spoke to an agent today who informed me that my account was still active, even though I had canceled it. She claimed to have permanently canceled the service. I explained the entire situation to her, verified that the services hadn't been used, and requested a refund for the last two months due to the misinformation from the ****** location and the poor customer service. Despite all of this, Tidal Wave refused to issue any refund or provide any form of customer relief. Their handling of this matter has been dishonest and obstructive, making it nearly impossible to cancel my account properly. This is unacceptable, and I need assistance to resolve this situation!Review from Lanisha H

Wish I could rate 0 star. This company lacks integrity, professionalism, and guidelines. I have had a membership off and on throughout the years. I utilize the location in ****** ****** back in August 2024. Upon utilizing the wash bay I heard a peculiar noise, thereafter I went to the area to dry and vacuum vehicle. I notice a tremendous amount of scratches on all 4 windows and the lens of the headlights. I ask for the manager to report the concern. He introduced himself as the owner, and tried to convince me it was not the wash bay faults. I filled out a bogus report that was suppose to be investigated by a follow up call. We have reached out to customer Service and they could not offer any solution except clarified the gentleman was the site manager and sending an email to advise him to contact us in which he never did. We even reached out to him leaving a voice message and no return call. No one has tried to resolve this matter and it’s been over a month. I advise anyone who don’t want damages to their vehicle to not use the ****** ****** location. Site Manager is rude and dishonest.Review from Alex K

I called this morning to acquire a refund & cancel my account with them. I called the corporate office located in Thomaston, Ga. I spoke with Janice 1st & it was a complete nightmare. I wouldn't wish that experience on ANYBODY. She answered the phone as if she didn't even want to be at work. I was extremely respectful, as I was trying to obtain information from her. She spoke very condescendingly and continued to speak over me until I DEMANDED to speak to her supervisor. Janice then muted her line & hung the phone up on me. As I was calling them back, Janice called in just to continue having a disrespectful attitude. I finally was able to get the supervisor Holly on the phone, just for her to have the exact same terrible customer service. Each call is recorded. I asked to speak to Paige, who is the customer service manager aka Holly's supervisor & was denied. Holly then started speaking over me. She continued to interrupt me until I finally told her that she can quit interrupting me. Once I said that, she then hung the phone up on me. I called back 6 times (literally) before Madison answered the phone. When I tell you Madison should have Holly's job, I MEAN IT!!! She was such a respectful individual!!!! Her customer service was so professional. She spoke so kindly & not once did she even attempt to interrupt me. I wanted to give her a hug after the call ended. Long story short, AVOID THIS TRASHY ESTABLISHMENT!!!Review from Ederson C

Tidal Wave Auto Spa Located in ****** * ** ******** ****, during a wash the roller brush hit my truck several times on the front end it damage my hood and I'm no able to fully close my hood, it broke my truck grill and filled a damage complain at the site, nobody after a week later contacted me and the following week I went speak with the manager in person and he shortly said it is not Tidal Wave responsibility and they won not pay for it. I had to file a police report and filled a complain in court to try to make they pay for the damage. I have being they customer for three years with the same vehicle.Review from Charlene M

0 stars should be an option. I have been scammed out of 150$ because they said I have signed up for a membership I never signed up for because they have my email address but cannot provide other proof. Have contacted my bank about the fraud. IRA and Hannah both told me they have no proof aside from my email and address and phone number that I approved to their terms and conditions. I asked for proof that I cancelled and for proof that I signed up and they cannot provide me proof even though they have my personal information. Will not refund me and are scamming everyone out of their money. Ira told me I was acting like a child because I'm upset that they cannot show me proof and that I would be contacting the BBB and my bank.
