I reviewed my consumer report and informed your agency on May 15, 2024 about the items I disputed. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved in a manner that is fair and equitable to me as required by the ***** I sent a notice to your agency, including a FTC Identity Theft Report, and also filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial ***************** CFPB. I explained the violations your agency committed under the ***** while informing your agency of the fact that these items were reported without my expressed, written consent.
