Nonetheless, the following account remains inaccurately listed and is damaging my credit standing:Account Details:Creditor Name: 1st Franklin Financial Opened Date: 01/11/2023 Account Number: ************ This account is unequivocally not mine, and I demand its immediate removal from my credit file. The presence of this account is causing undue harm, and any delay in action will only exacerbate this injustice. I request your prompt and thorough intervention to resolve this issue.

              They are so rude. They refuse to take my payment when a month behind and turned me over to small claims court. Refused money from me several times. This is the Alexander city Al branch. The region office in ************* was just as rude.
