Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Please excuse the delayed reply, as we had issues getting access to our account. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. Our team initially visited the property and provided an estimate for the replacement of the toilet angle valve and shower faucet balancing spool. We advised the owner that replacing the balancing spool might not fully resolve the issue and that further assessment would be needed to determine if the shower valve replacement was necessary. Upon closer inspection, our technician found that replacing the balancing spool was impractical due to the condition of the valve. As a result, we proposed an estimate for valve replacement, which would require a water shut down. We want to assure you that our company prioritizes transparency, and we always seek approval from the customer before proceeding with any work. Please know that we would never give our customers a bait-and-switch price.
