Our stay at our four-bedroom home in the Mauna **** area could not have been more perfect. From the start of the initial rental process through the entire two-week stay, our experience with Paradise in Hawaii was outstanding. The accommodations were excellent, with everything we needed, including a well-appointed kitchen, as well as bikes, helmets, beach towels, toys, beach umbrellas and other equipment. The lanai was perfect with dining seating for 8 as well as a couch and lounging chair. We used the barbeque grill many evenings and we also cooked several dinner meals using the oven and stove top. We asked for bed rails for our 3-year old grandchild, as well as a stepstool and ****** bike trailer, and everything was waiting for **, as well as a high chair and remote monitor. And when one of the bikes had a flat tire on one of our rides, Paradise in Hawaii responded quickly to repair it. Whenever we had a question, both before we arrived as well as during our stay, their response was quick and helpful. The two pools, two hot tubs, and exercise facility are excellent and we enjoyed them all very much. We also enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants, shopping, and access to a beach that is perfect for families. When our schedule changed, Paradise in Hawaii was very helpful in accommodating our needs. In summary, our entire experience was excellent and we would definitely choose Paradise in Hawaii for future vacations.
