      Not impressed with the integrity and customer treatment at ************************ test drove a new car one afternoon and agreed to buy it after working out the numbers. Financing was already in place. Since I had other errands that needed to be taken care of and the car still needed to be detailed and fueled, I made an appointment to sign all of the docs and take the car first thing the following morning when the dealership opened.The salesman I was working with--*****--spoke with the sales manager to ensure they could hold the car and honor the agreement until today's appointment, which I was told was the case. On my way to the dealership this morning, *****, the salesman, texts me that he's getting the car ready and is so excited for me to get my new car. Then a few minutes later he calls me and tells me they sold the car last night. What happened to holding the car? I had an appointment to buy it and everything was in place. I was willing to make a down payment or leave a deposit the day before if that's what was needed to hold the car; but, they didn't see that was necessary. They told me they would hold the car and prep the car and the paperwork for our appointment the following morning. Instead, they sold the car behind my back without even telling me.Poor customer service to just sell the car without even notifying me and then not even having the courtesy to inform me before I'm almost at the dealership to purchase the vehicle.So much for verbal agreements and honoring a handshake. Extremely disappointed in Honda Windward; thought they would be better than this.
