The customer joined our program and started working through our training where she then decided to join one of our mentorship programs because she wanted help in growing her online business.
We have let the customer know before on multiple occasions that we do have other mentorships available but they are completely optional and there for those who would like to utilize them. Members do not need to purchase further mentorships in order to get their businesses up and running with everything that is already included in their Pro Mentorship.
We have tried to help the customer get started when she has reached out but she has not followed the action steps needed to get her business going.
Since the customer signed up for the Mentorship program we have delivered everything outlined within the Pro Mentorship and we continue to deliver on the Immersion coaching calls as well as our ****************** included in her mentorship.
We would love to have her attend the coaching calls and get active within the community so we can give all of the support and help she needs along the way. Unfortunately, we cannot make people utilize all that comes with their mentorship. It is up to the customer to take action in their business to get things up and going once they are given full access. We are always here to help and have tried to help her get started.
All of the done for you deliverables are readily available to her in her back office and have been since she got started with the Mentorship program. We have shown her exactly where to locate everything outlined in her agreement. We are still here and would like to help her when she is ready to get her business up and going.
There are no refunds on our Mentorship programs as is clearly stated on our refund policy as well as on the contract the member filled out and agreed to at the time of signing up. If we didn't stick to our policies, we would be massively out of integrity with other customers who have situations going on if we refunded one person and didn't the other... And then if we just refunded everyone - we would have a massive issue with the business health and would be unable to sustain for the customers who are doing it making sales and using our services.
