If I could give a 0 star reviews I would, this company is just a bully and know they can get away with cause they are one of the only if not the only on post housing for military located on Oahu, there is a to much of things to list that, I cant get across with only **** characters left. For paying $3000 plus a month to a company, that gives you attitude or suggest they can and will fine you for other infractions cause you keep bugging them is Ridiculous. My biggest problem is the sub standard living conditions, my biggest problems are the fire alarms/CO2 alarms will go off at all times of the night and day and go off for up to 2 minutes at a time. I have had Maintance come out on more than 3 different occasions for this same reason, I have either Been told there were dead batteries inside my alarms, or theyve been unsynced cause the power went out (which is a completely different situation on its own), maintenance has completely changed all the alarms cause I was told a lot of them were out of date (even though those alarms were suppose to be changed or atleast check to be changed every time someone moves in or out) and was told that should fix the problem but yet it has not. I keep calling to get maintenance out here to look deeper into this problem but its such an inconvenience for them. Every time they arrive I get attitude from the maintenance worker for even being out there. I have told IPC (islamd palm community) This is ridiculous, this happens so much that when/if there is a serious problem, I wont know cause Im so use to the alarms keep going off. For all I know ** currently getting poisoned by CO2 gases but wont know cause they will not look further into this problem or there might be a short in my electrical that is causing this but will never know cause they wont do a deeper trouble shooting. This is completely unsafe for my family, and this obviously shows the company doesnt care about my families well being or safety.Review from Paris J.

Not all of the leasing consultants are incompetent with doing their jobs, but most of them are. They dont care about you concerns when youre the one paying full BAH to their company in which they are located in 12 different states. I dont know how the other states operate and their ability to effectively do their jobs, but IPC located in ********, Hawaii absolutely does not care about their tenants in no way shape fashion or form. They show favoritism to particular branches and they only care about receiving all of your monthly BAH. If Im voicing concerns about a particular situation, why give me essentially your behind to kiss and not try and accommodate my request if Im the one who has to live in the home? I dont respect this companys ethics, or how they operate. They should maybe try hiring individuals who are actually qualified for the job of a leasing consultant versus hiring every military spouse that PCS on island. Absolutely a disgrace and I hate that we have to live here. If our lease could be forgiven without penalties and fees I would much prefer to live somewhere where Im appreciated and actually wanted.

Thank you for your comments and I can assure you that IPC does care about all of its tenants and does not show favoritism by branch of service. We do, as do all Military Privatized Housing partners, have target and waterfall residents. IPC, being an Army project, have target tenants from the Army and Coast Guard and all other branches are waterfall. ****** Communities, an Air Force Project, would have Air Force personal as their target tenants. Same for the Navy project. While we do employ Military Spouses, along with retired Military personal, they make up less than 4% of our employees. As I understand things with regards to your situation, you are currently on our waitlist for relocation to another IPC home that will better serve your family's needs. Wait times vary by bedroom needs and rank but hopefully we can have something to offer you in the near term future. Was great when I moved in Jan 2019, but now I have to leave. They installed this "smart" thermostat in 2020, which restricted lowering the temperature to 68F. Ok, fine, I can deal with that. But on 8JUL22 we received a text that on 11JUL22 they were mandating temperatures no lower than 72. You can not opt out. I tried talking to them to explain that I would have to run a portable A/C unit to keep my room cool enough to sleep in, which would ensure that their environment friendly campaign (which is definitely not just a ploy for them to save money) would backfire in a big way -- but they wouldn't listen. Any idiot can see this is just another fat cat trying to scam their customers with their energy efficiency clause cop-out.Also the noise here is awful. I don't just mean the random people driving through the neighborhood with their bass up insanely loud. There are quiet hours after 11pm, but if you call the MPs because your neighbors are having a party they will 100% not come out. I've been woken up by a party two doors down from me, gone over there and banged on the door for several minutes, but their music was too loud that no one could hear me. My wife told me she could hear me banging on their door from our living room. So this is the kind of thing you'll expect living here.They also have a parking policy in the lease that precludes people from parking on the grass. They do not enforce this policy. I frequently have people parked in the grass across from my garage, which traps me in there. I emailed them several times about this, with pictures, and nothing changed. I called the MPs. Nothing. I called a tow truck, and was informed that since it's on base they can't do anything about it. So I just had to call work and explain that I needed a ride or I wasn't going to make it in. If you don't have this information, please stop by your *********************** and they can provide you with the necessary paperwork. Please continue to engage the *************** if you feel that there is a violation of post regulations be it loud noise after hours or parking on grass.
