If I could give a 0 star reviews I would, this company is just a bully and know they can get away with cause they are one of the only if not the only on post housing for military located on Oahu, there is a to much of things to list that, I cant get across with only **** characters left. For paying $3000 plus a month to a company, that gives you attitude or suggest they can and will fine you for other infractions cause you keep bugging them is Ridiculous. My biggest problem is the sub standard living conditions, my biggest problems are the fire alarms/CO2 alarms will go off at all times of the night and day and go off for up to 2 minutes at a time. I have had Maintance come out on more than 3 different occasions for this same reason, I have either Been told there were dead batteries inside my alarms, or theyve been unsynced cause the power went out (which is a completely different situation on its own), maintenance has completely changed all the alarms cause I was told a lot of them were out of date (even though those alarms were suppose to be changed or atleast check to be changed every time someone moves in or out) and was told that should fix the problem but yet it has not. I keep calling to get maintenance out here to look deeper into this problem but its such an inconvenience for them. Every time they arrive I get attitude from the maintenance worker for even being out there. I have told IPC (islamd palm community) This is ridiculous, this happens so much that when/if there is a serious problem, I wont know cause Im so use to the alarms keep going off. For all I know ** currently getting poisoned by CO2 gases but wont know cause they will not look further into this problem or there might be a short in my electrical that is causing this but will never know cause they wont do a deeper trouble shooting. This is completely unsafe for my family, and this obviously shows the company doesnt care about my families well being or safety.
