              I took my semi truck 2013 international prostar to OHalloran international in *******, ** with some issues. First they would not honor the parts warranty that were clearly within the 12 month time frame. Then, It was explained to me that the truck have to be put back to it original condition in order for their company could work on it. I was charged over $24,000.00 for unnecessary repairs and my problem was never fixed. I was charged for new parts but was given old parts. When my driver was trying to drive from the shop, the truck would shut off and pop warning codes. The mechanic would come out and erase the codes and didnt fix the issues. The truck was driven to Cumberland International of ************, *******. The truck issues are contributed to what was supposedly fixed by OHalloran international, when the service manager ************* was informed of the issue he said they were not going honor their work because the issue had nothing to do with what they fixed, but the problem that the truck is having is the same issue why it was brought to OHallorans.

              **********, ** location initially wanted to charge me over $7k for a radiator swap, which ended up being just a core change without notice. Broke my hood cables and charged me 22 hours of labor including work I didnt request. After talking with the *** I ended up paying their fair price of $5700. Calling around to other dealerships, including Freightliner, that price was still at least $1000-$1500 higher than the other quotes I had received. Less than a month later and I just dropped my truck off because the mechanic failed to understand torque specs and ruined both end cap cork gaskets and Im losing coolant. Oh, and it took 3 weeks before I got my truck back the first time. We shall see how many days and lost pay I get out of this fix. Definitely wouldnt recommend the ********** location to anyone.
