This business is unresponsive to email, and cannot be reached by phone. I contacted for four cleanings a year, and have been skipped twice this year. The first time, I emailed them several times, and commented on their ******** page, but never heard back. They were supposed to clean my trash cans yesterday, but when they failed to show up, I again emailed them, and havent heard back. I would like to cancel the service, and be reimbursed for the two cleanings they missed.Initial Complaint

We paid for 6 months of every other month can cleaning the end of May. I received an email and text the first week of June and again the first week of August that our can would be cleaned. Neither time were the cans cleaned and I never got an email saying they were as promised. I have tried to contact them via email and have not gotten a response. Their phone is not answered and you are told to email. No opportunity to leave a message. The charge is$54 which was paid by auto withdrawal. I would like the last payment refunded (inv 4304). And to have all further payments stopped. Thank you for any help you can give with this issue.Initial Complaint

We have had this service for a few years now and they have been good. But last year they stopped coming. I tried contacting them via phone, email, ********* messenger etc and have never heard back. Today I was charged again and tried calling etc. I would just like a refund for last year and this year and cancel the services since I presume they are no longer in businessInitial Complaint

I paid in advance for trash can cleaning service. They provided the service for a while then disappeared. I was supposed to get service around beginning of May and they never showed up. Ive emailed them multiple times and nothing. I need my money back.Business response

Signed up for cleaning service of 2 garbage bins to be cleaned every quarter for ****** a quarter. I attempted to call in November of 2023 to cancel service after wrong cans were cleaned(recycle bins) and to a voicemail to send an email. I sent email 11-1-2023 to cancel. I made a 2nd via email 11-9-23, 2-6-24 and 4th attempt 4-28-24 after receiving an another 120 bill charge to my card. Im very disappointed with no response and unable to cancel my service. I have now been charged 2x. I lost a parent during this time period and was unable to continue with follow **** I would kindly ask for my refund and cancel of service.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 11/09/2023 Amount Paid: $160.00 Service: Trash can and recycle bin cleaning 4 times a year I paid my invoice and have not received the cleaning service. I have been a customer for a few years. Starting August 2023, my trash cans have not been cleaned. I have tried contacting them since the first missed cleaning. In August, I was told that my cans were cleaned. I have 2 cats and a dog. Their waste goes in my trash can and the smell is obvious that the can wasnt cleaned. Received a can cleaning reminder on November 8, 2023; my cans were not cleaned. I havent been able to reach them since.Business response

Paid invoice on 12/7/23 for trash cleaning scheduled 12/8. I confirmed via their schedule tool the 12/8 appointment. Several attempts were made to the business for a revised schedule however no communication has been received.Business response
