Date of Transaction: 08/07/23 Amount Paid: $160.00 Services to be provided: cleaning of two bins (Recycle and Trash) 4 times a year (every 3 months)I renewed our yearly amount of $160 for our bins to be cleaned 4 times a year. They email me on the day prior to leave my bins out and then clean them after trash and recycle are collected and the bins are empty. On August 21, they were scheduled to come. They came earlier than normal, before the trash was collected. They cleaned the recycle but not the trash bin and then left. I emailed asking when they would come back to do the trash, I never received a response. I followed up and still no response. Their voicemail box has been full for months. I never received the email that they usually send saything that services were finished. I received another email November 26 that they would be cleaned 11/27. We left them out for two days and no one came to clean them. I followed up with an email and have not received a response. I tried calling and voicemail box is still full.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am disappointed that there was no apology and that they are still in business but happy to at least have my money back.

I hired and paid this company to clean my trash/recycling bins and they sent me an email with a schedule date of 8/23/23. They didn't show up and I have been trying to contact them by phone - you can't leave a message because messages are full...I have emailed them several times...messaged them through FB Messenger...and I sent a new request for service and in remarks I told them to please contact me. I have actually paid them for 2 cleanings. They send me an email notification stating when my next cleaning is and they don't show up. I need your help with this company please. I don't know what else to do.Business response

**** had signed up for our bi-monthly service with her first service date of 8/23/23. All of our services are prepaid. We were unable to perform the cleaning visit that day and due to having a full route on the make up dates placed a credit on her account for the missed cleaning. We place a credit on the account to be applied on the next invoice due to the way our card processing is handled. We do not have a way to provide partial refunds, the system will only refund the full amount. The next service date was to be 10/4. Unfortunately on 10/3 I suffered a lower leg injury that required me to be off of my feet for some time. The 10/4 visit was rescheduled for 10/18.Customer response
