            Bought a sewing machine ...said it was new. But clearly from the condition of the box ( they have matching serial numbers.) The machine had been in and out of this box a number of times. The edges were soft and fuzzy, anf curled into the box. But worse the straight stitch looks like the knit stitch. So that makes this a defective machine...until you try some of the other machines on the floor. It seems they all sew a little ziggy. But she still sold what had been returned as new...and charged me over 420usd to restock. I told her i had no issues with a 200usd restocking fee but felt that they were clearly deceptive on the fact that this was a new machine. When compaired to another machines box they would have gladly exchanged the 1st sewing machine. I even used the tracking number on the box to see If it had gotten wet in transit....it had not.
