It appears that the $4000 vent hood that I paid for from appliance barn which you offered to pick up from our property because of KBD's mistake and promised to retrofit into the vent hood cabinets which I have also already paid for since October 2022 and have been waiting for since May 2023 which were not even ordered until late May 2023 is currently being held hostage after I have requested from both you and ***** to meet with me about my questions on the final and past invoice billing statements. This also does not take into account the $11,500 stairway cabinets that I have already paid for that all the Omega representatives onsite agreed need to be remade. This also does not account for all the other miscellaneous cabinets that are missing due to KBD's incorrect measurements including the washer and dryer cabinets and Sauna Cabinet. I hope this is not the case and that your company KBD would not stoop to these types of business practices with your customers especially after all the issues we are facing. I would like to resolve any final invoicing that is reasonably due your company, however, neither you or ***** seem willing to have a dialog and answer my questions about the current and prior invoice discrepancies to ensure everything is correct.The action items below represent my reasonable request so that we can close this project out amicably.- When can I reasonably expect the items that I have already paid for to be delivered and or repaired? (Please note items I have already paid for should not be held hostage as we close out final invoice discrepancies if indeed your company is acting in good ************* can I reasonably expect to have a detailed conversation with you (***********************) to answer my questions and resolve the current and prior invoice discrepancies?
