I bought a 2013 ***** from this dealership for $9,200 before licensing and registration fees as is in November of 2023. I asked if there was anything wrong with the car and they said no, i started having problems immediately after receiving the car. All cylinders were misfiring because they put in the wrong gas when giving it to me, they refused to get rid of the gas ang gave the car back to me. About a week later I started having coolant issues and white, smokey exhaust (indicative of a blown head gasket) and they took a look at it and said nothing was wrong. I drove it a while longer due to their indication that it was fine, making the issue worse. I took it to my mechanic and he said that it was for sure an issue with the headgasket. He tore it down to the studs and saw the head gasket was replaced (showing this was an issue before I bought the car). His diagnosis was that the cylinder wall was cracked, which really means that a major part of the engine needs to be replaced and that the motor is shot ( a repair that is almost as much as I paid for the car. While the car was as is, the most you can expect from a dealership is that they will sell you a car with useable engine. No resolution has been attempted from the dealership despite reaching out on several occasions.

Customer bought vehicle on 11/17/23.  A discount of $1592 was given to customer to help fit with her budget.  An extended warranty service contract was offered to customer and they declined, taking the vehicle as-is as per the attached paperwork.  Customer was made aware of possible issues with used vehicles as per attached paperwork that was signed by the customer.  On 11/20/23 customer took the car in for an oil change at a different location to which they told her that the cylinder 5 misfiring.  As a sign of goodwill, we had the vehicle inspected by ****** Automotive after customer drove from ********* to here to drop it off.  Per ****** Automotive the vehicle was found to not have any issues other than to add an additive.  On 12/5/2023 Customer called stating there was another issue with the CEL.  Customer had it towed to ****** Automotive and had an inspection done to which the customer was not charged.  ****** Automotive did a pressure test for 2 hours and no issues were found.  We then paid for drivers to deliver the vehicle back to the customer at no charge to them.  ***************************** spoke with the customer's father on 12/12/23 at ****** where he thanked us for going above and beyond to try and help on the AS-IS vehicle.  There is nothing else we can do at this time on a vehicle that was sold AS-IS as well as the customer declining extended service contracts.

I went to them to get a car and chose a two thousand sixteen explorer. It is the only car I liked on the lot. I only looked at it and a truck. I gave them my information to run for financing purposes and Waited more than forty minutes before I had to leave with no answer that day. The next day they told me I was approved for the loan with nine hundred down. When I called the morning, I was supposed to get the car. They told me I had actually been approved for a different car and not the one that I wanted. The car that they ran my credit for and approved me for i've never even laid eyes on or showed interest in or even asked about. Now I have 5 hard credit pulls in the last 6 days. And all they can tell me is they won't run my credit anymore.

      Hello,

On October 20th, 2023 **** came to our dealership looking to finance a newer SUV. When working with her she took a look at a 2016 **** Explorer and asked us to get her financed with no money down. When we sent that deal structure off to the banks we were unsuccessful in getting her financed on that unit but were told that she would be open to other units. After knowing that we attempted to secure financing on a different unit and were successful with a little money down from her.

When gaining the approval we had to work with different banks to get her the best rate which required sending to different banks. We attempted to let her know that if she ended up securing/taking one of those vehicles the inquiries would be removed from her credit file without hurting her credit after the initial credit pull. She stopped responding to us so we were unsuccessful in helping her do this. I reached out to let her know that there are other ways to remove inquiries from her credit report but she would not respond to us then either.

So I got a 2018 Buick Encore from Krusen's Motors on April 7th 2023, I had to have my mother cosign the car for me. $1,000 trade in value for my **** ****** Prius with $0 down. 1st problem they had address wrong on title even though I told them I would be moving, but they insisted I use my current address. So they sent a driver out for me to sign papers. 2nd problem they registered the car in my mom's name and in ************ even though she was just the cosigner. So they had to send another driver out for me to sign another paper then they sent a paper to my mom in ************ to sign. So that way the car would be registered in my name and in ****. Then when they received the paper back they sent registration to the administration building in ********* at the treasurers office and the dealership told them to call this number and if they don't answer send the registration back, but the dealership sent them my mom's number instead of mine even though they have my number that happened today on 06/23/2023, so now I have to wait for registration to get back to Krusen's Motors in ************** **** then I guess they will have a driver meet me at the administration building in ********* to do paperwork for my registration. So it's been 2 months and 16 days and I still haven't received my registration from Krusen's Motors. From 04/07/2023-06/23/2023. They are barely helping me and keep giving me excuse after excuse and giving me attitude about it even though I'm the one stressing out wondering if I will ever get my registration. And they also haven't gave me copies of the paperwork from vehicle purchase only my mom in ************.

They sent out a false and misleading flyer saying I won $100, but then after driving 40 mins to collect it they said I only won a mini blue tooth speaker. The manager said he mailed out ******. As I was sitting at the business several people came and was disappointed and angered by their deceitful actions and false advertising. I explained to them that I needed my gas covered, and they refused to give me what the flyer said I won. Then they wouldnt even give me the flyer back. Please investigate this shady business. We dont need businesses like this.
