Get a call from them telling me I have to put more money down than I was originally told and my payments will be $170 more per month They finally get the credit issue fixed Because of a mixup on the credit bureaus go in the next day to. Lease the new vehicle Was told the vehicle has a small dent that theyre gonna fix it which is fine. Start to look around the vehicle. Lots of rock chips. Was told by manager that they would fix They come back out to me and told me theyre gonna give me a Paint pen So I could touch up the rock chips myself. Thats a slap in the face to me Get into the finance office The finance person was trying to sell me all these extra items that I did not need told him I just wanted the end of the lease protection so I didnt have to pay anything for chips or wheel damage at the end of my lease ************* comes back with his other manager, telling me that my payments will be this much with the all the other protections I tell him I just want the end of the lease protection two times. He asked me why I dont want the other protections and I tell him I have friends in the industry that can fix things for me during my time of leasing the vehicle. I brought an extra $2000 in as a down payment to get my payments even lower at this point I tell them I dont even want the end of the lease protection because of my frustration I ask him what my payments are gonna be. He tells me this is what your payments gonna be and I said that makes no sense. Thats the same payments. You guys told me when Came in with the $4000 down instead of 6000 at that point theres something crooked going on. I asked back for my keys to my current vehicle and my deposit back. It didnt seem like they wanted to give me my deposit back at that point I got my deposit back, walked out the dealership to my vehicle. The general sales manager comes out and asked me what the issue was, and I tell him He tells me I only need to put $4000 down lol
