Our room in this hotel was disgusting.(Look at the reviews online, that's the general consensus from most everyone.only one person on staff from 3 to 11, for the entire hotel.1.Walked into room, it smelled moldy, musty, like dirty feet.2.The air conditioning wasn't working in either room our our "suite". We called the front desk, no maintenance on staff, front desk person took off front panel of each air conditioner, there was a inch of dust on the vent, which tells me they never get cleaned. The front desk clerk cleaned off the inch of dust right in front of us. 3.There is cobwebs in the corners of the room 4.The carpet is sticky and disgusting 5.The shower, sink ********** were dirty. There was hair in each of those, I took a picture and showed it to the front desk person, she didn't seem to care, and said "she did not get paid enough to deal with it."6.Refrigerator, microwave, desk, office chair, were disgusting.7.We were told that the hotel had a spa. Even the website says the hotel had a spa, that is untrue. Other guests complained of the same thing.8.No maintenance on staff, no general manager on staff, no client concierge on staff, the hotel has one person to run this entire hotel, which is unacceptable.9.We thought we were getting a suite, we got a queen **** a pull out filthy couch, and Two cots to pushed together.10.It looks like the only thing the housekeepers did, was make the bed. Luckily, I had a can of Lysol, and Clorox wipes with me and I cleaned the room myself 13.One air conditioner, still didn't work by the end of our stay, the doors to the bathroom don't close.14.There is paint missing off the wall in the adjoining room of the suite.I know everybody is shortstaffed. But the level of sanitary conditions, and customer service we received was unacceptable.
