I do not recommend this Company. Owner's son stopped by to offer a quote on a pine tree removal, ***** removed, two trees being topped, six pines trees trimmed, and clean up. Initially impressed, and after getting a second bid, I agreed to part of the project. That was on 6-13-2024. The work was STARTED on 6-13-2024 the same day I agreed to use their services. Completed work only included the tree removed, one of the two trees topped, and the second tree partially topped. On 6-14-2024 I spoke with the Owner; after being insulted by the owner; the son offered to make this right and complete the job. He also offered to trim the six pine trees at no charge. That was on 6-14-2024. Work left to be completed were the ***** removal, one tree topped, and six trees trimmed. The ***** finally got removed on 8-10-2024. Yet to be completed are the one tree topped and trees trimmed. I am writing this review on 8-28-2024 and the job has not been completed! This complaint was prompted as I received a text (8-28) and still not sure when this will be completed. Fortunately, I have not and will not pay until this gets completed satisfactorily. This experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I recommend you look to another tree service as this Company is unprofessional and does not complete the agreed work timely. Will update this; if I can, when and if this does ever get completed.
