we are located in ************** .as the registered address is where we get mail from BBB too. Just disgrunted carrier who lied to us and said his truck got pulled over by the *** at scale , when there is no scale there , when we reached out to the driver he said he had a flat tire . so we reported that incident to Freight Guard , then they started to threaten us that we if we dont take the report off they will call FMCSA report to BBB we said you can do what ever you would like i am not taking that report down . As we were told the truck had an ETA of 6 PM this whole thing happened @ 8 PM we took them off the load and put them on DNU ( do Not Use ) list attached is the copy of there response
"Just heard from the driver currently at the scale
his truck and trailer are being inspected for illegal immigrants in *****
He has been randomly picked without a drivers
She was not allowed to have his phone is police was looking through truck trailer and drivers are not allowed to make phone calls at the time in case they are smuggling anything
As soon as he is released, she will be at the pick up
If different, please let us know
We will just find another load tomorrow morning and you can call ***** state troopers border patrol to complain and confirm" And driver sated "he was 20 miles from Pickup sitting with flat tire at Loves . they wont get him in till following morning @ 7 AM " he can Pickup next day , put us in bad spot with our customer
