We stayed here while our home was under construction. We were treated well by the majority of the staff. We had an issue when we moved rooms and our shower didnt function properly. The water only was very cold or very hot with almost no pressure. I let the desk know this in the morning and I was told it would be looked at. When I returned later that day nothing had happened. It took two days for someone to look into it. I went back to the desk to let them know after it was looked at it still didnt work. The pressure worked but the temperatures did not. The front desk employee became disgusting nasty towards me and challenged that shes take showers here and everything works. Her shower habits and whichever room she showered was irrelevant to my room. I told her she could come to take a look and she refused and then wouldnt speak to me. I had to get a manager involved and was told this wasnt the first time this employee had mistreated customers. Other employees also confirmed the same thing and said nothing is ever done to the employee because the manager favors her she is allowed to continue such disrespectful and rude behavior. We were finally given a key to another room to shower for work and our children for school. The service tech informed us the shower could not be fixed till Friday when the entire floors water supply would have to be turned off because the valve within the shower wall would need fixed. We were not compensated with anything nor did the manager reach out to fox anything further. This is extremely poor customer service and very old water systems in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone coming to the ********* area to stay at such a place and to find other accommodations.
