            This business employed an 18 year old without having him fill out any legal paperwork. He worked 3 shifts. He then quit. He attempted to collect his check for 5 days straight and was told the "manager had to cut the check". When he asked when the manager would be in, he was told, "We don't know." He was still not paid after 12 business days after leaving this restaurant. When confronted by an older adult, the owner (who never identified herself as such) had the former employee fill out paperwork online to document him and then proceeded to pay him in cash. I have no idea how many other people this restaurant has scammed out of their wages but I hope this is seen by the powers that be and the owner is contacted and this business is investigated. The lack of ethics on the part of management and ownership is appalling. It makes one wonder how many other former employees may have been bullied out of collecting their pay...
