              This company repeatedly woke my family and me up early in the morning for weeks, well before the noise ordinance allowed, using power tools. I called the number on the truck to politely ask the owner to have his workers start later. Instead of apologizing, he simply said the ordinance was almost over. To make matters worse, they're operating without the proper permits.When I called again before 7 am, the owner claimed he had no employees working in my neighborhood, despite the fact that I pulled the phone number directly off the side of the truck. He audibly rolled his eyes during the call. When I tried to explain further, he hung up on me mid-sentence. He then threatened to have his attorney contact me, likely because he doesn't want to be disturbed before 7 am, even though his phone number is displayed on the truck. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
