I an Disabled and Allsup represented me in My Application for ****. They are the ones who accumulated and supplied all information and forms to SSDI on my behalf.I have requested a Paper copy of my File and am being denied.I do not often have internet access and I do not have a physical Computer.I an going to even privacy be having to do my phone Service as I do not have enough income as in not able to work. I should be entitled to a Hard Printed Copy of my Complete file as they were my Representatives at the time and on my behalf applied for the services. I am asking ALLSUP for a Paper copy of my claim and feel they should be legally required to send a Paper copy as requested due to ****** is extremely frustrating to be denied your own Medical Documents and Application Documents from your own Represenatives knowing they received compensation for my being a Client.I have already on 2 seperate occasions emailed the requests.I do not know of it is available online But, as I said I very often have no access to intent . Once in a while from a ************** for a few minutes while I am waiting for my appt.But I also could only access from a small cellphone and I do not have good eyesight abs don't comprehend well of I cannot treat it over again numerous times in front of me or be able to make notes .I am asking that a hard Paper copy of my Complete file including so documents that were given to them or sent to them on my behalf and any documents, notes etc that tver themselves find out or I find out for the application and a copy of ask they submitted on my behalf .I need EVERYTHING attached to my Claim as they were my Represenatives. I even have to have someone hero me wrote my emails and check them. So I need something printed to have access to ask my information. They do not want to supply my own information yet wavy me to refer people to receive $100.I would just appreciate what I should be legally entitled to by *** law Thenk you ****** T8nker
