    I took in my vehicle into the shop to get struts to be replaced due to minor clicking noise. The mechanic come off as very knowledgeable professional and suggested it was the arm bar. For the 2nd time I described the issue and told him the noise was one the driver side. He insisted it wasn't. Fast forward, he seemed like a nice guy at first so I paid in advance and left. The next day I received no phone call. Then when I went to the shop I was told the dealership sent them the wrong part. Therefore, I'd have to wait until the right part is delivered. Again no curtsey call, so I called and was told car will be ready by end of workday. When I went to pick it up, they said it's good to go. As soon as I left the parking lot the noise was still there. So when I made and U turn and went back to inform him of the existing issue that was not solved, his answer was, "well, we'll have to try something else... So I asked him that's fine as long as we can return the part and I'll only pay him for the amount of time he spent on labor. However, to my surprise, he told me to get the **** out of his shop. I asked him why he was using disrespectful language and how is he going to tell me to leave while I have paid him hundreds of dollars. His reply was I agreed to change that part. I replied by saying I went with your suggestion due to your expertise. He basically gave me his back and walked away to his desk. I highly suggest to question the quality of his work and the empty promise he gives to sucker his customers. I am sure I won't be the only one he'll take advantage of...
